二、采购范围

2.Planned construction period: Complete the actual berthing capacity accounting of the first phase of Luzhou Port project, second phase and second phase renewal project within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract, and issue the berthing capacity accounting report。

3. Qualification requirements

1.Qualifications: The responder must have independent legal personality and valid business license。

2.Qualification requirements: With engineering design port engineering Class A and above qualification of water transport industry。

3.Performance requirements: In the past three years (from 2021 to now), I have achieved one port engineering design performance of 1000t and above。
